Precautions for using paper bags
Other factors that affect the stability of container bag stacking include the flow characteristics of loaded materials, the empty space in the bag, and the air trapped inside the bag. The stacking stability of container bags can be improved by shaking them during loading and squeezing the trapped air after installation. When loading and unloading with a forklift, the bottom pallet of the goods should not be unloaded by simply lifting the two outer lifting ears on the top of the goods. Even without a pallet, try to unload the goods together with four lifting lugs. Prevent packaging bags from being damaged due to uneven force on the goods. Container bags are usually unloaded using gravity, but sometimes suction tubes are also used for unloading. When using gravity to unload, the unloading speed can be controlled by adjusting the size of the unloading port. A disposable container bag can be easily unloaded by cutting open the bottom of the bag. To cut open the bottom of a disposable container bag, a cutting knife with a handle of appropriate length is required. Container bags with discharge ports should be securely hung before the operator unties the ropes from the discharge ports. The operator must never stand under the container bag. Appropriate dust control measures should also be taken during loading and unloading to prevent the loaded material from flying. If there is an environment with static electricity hazards, corresponding measures should be taken.
